GroupWise rules help put spam in its place. Most messages received at username@sellkirk.bc.ca are spam. - Create a folder, name it Spam and position it just below the Trash folder by pressing Down several times

- Click Tools on the menu bar
- Click Rules from the drop down menu


- Enter Spam in the Rule name box
- Check And items are: Received
- Check Item types: Mail

- Click on Define Conditions in the New Rule window
- Enter To in the first box and selkirk.bc.ca in the second box in the Define Conditions window
- Click OK

- Click the down arrow to the right of Add Action and select Move to Folder...

- Scroll down and put a check in the box to the left of the Spam folder
- Click Move

- Click Save to complete the task
- This rule will file all messages sent to username@selkirk.bc.ca in the folder Spam

- Not all messages sent to your old address are spam. For instance, mail received from netidea.com, telus,net, and shaw.ca should be filed in the Mailbox folder.
- To create the following Keep rule repeat the above steps. The Define Conditions windows would then be

- After you finish creating the Keep rule you can add additional rules for other messages that should be filed in the Mailbox folder rather than the Spam folder or you can edit the Keep rule and define additional conditions.

- When finished creating rules click Close
